Sourcing & Merchandising Specialist

Role Summary Own Adaa is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing & Merchandising Specialist to manage raw materials, vendor coordination, and order execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management ability, and close coordination with design and production teams to ensure smooth operations from sourcing to final dispatch. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, and construction materials Source fabrics and materials from multiple vendors at competitive pricing Manage and coordinate with vendors for dyeing, printing, embroidery, and other processes Follow up on sampling and production timelines Coordinate with designers and production teams to execute client orders smoothly Ensure quality standards and timely delivery Maintain vendor database and rate comparisons Track material usage and minimize wastage Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or production (fashion/apparel preferred) Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of fabrics, dyeing, and printing processes Good organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines To explore our brand, visit: https://www.instagram.com/ownadaa.in/ Apply at: careers@ownadaa.in
