Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, onboard & manage channel partners
· Design & implement partner engagement programs
· Conduct regular trainings & sales support
· Co-create campaigns with marketing
· Monitor partner performance & market trends
· Maintain CRM-based reporting & forecasting
You Bring:
· Min. Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years in channel sales (real estate preferred)
· Strong negotiation & relationship skills
· Understanding of sales funnels & partner strategies
