Responsibilities: - Generate leads through your own network and marketing efforts. - Meet prospective clients and explain residential and investment plot projects. - Schedule and coordinate site visits. - Follow up with interested buyers until the sale is completed. - Maintain professional relationships with customers. Requirements: - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Passion for sales and customer interaction. - Own smartphone and ability to travel within Patna. - Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
