Sourcer Recruiter Coordinator

Experience Required: 6 Months-3 Years of Sourcing Experience

Punchh/PAR is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the contractual position of Talent Sourcer (potential to convert to a full time opportunity). You will work consultatively with our hiring managers, stakeholders. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here and who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team.

What you'll need and do?

• 1+ years of sourcing experience

• Strong ATS knowledge is a must

• Experience pipelining generation and qualification, employing varied techniques (both virtual and not), demonstrating creative, resourceful and committed approach

• Excellent phone presence, and ability to qualify talent (tech & non-tech)

• Experience in juggling multiple searches for the job openings

• Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a harmonious & agile environment

• Strategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles

• Engage passive candidates and understand their aspirations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company vision and plan

• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications

• Serve as the Punchh’s cultural evangelist.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships

• Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape

• Meticulously track and maintain up to date and compliant record of candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse)

• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies.

• You do not rely on inbound applicants or third party agencies

• Creative and professional communication in all candidate interactions while embracing our culture, values, and vision

• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative and showcase curiosity, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance

• Experience and proficient in Google Suite, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter

• You’ll be tasked with supporting our recruiters and hiring managers, building high- performance teams and partnering wherever needed

• You will source and hire across all teams and functions within Punchh

• You will create robust pipelines while tailoring candidate experiences

• You will be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc)

• You will work to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding our future team

• You will develop relationships across multiple teams requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience is expected, but we will consider other candidate with less experience if they meet our other requirements

• In-house or agency recruiting experience
