One of our most exclusive clients, an elite 5-star hotel located in the heart of London, is looking for a Sommelier with a love for fine wine to join their team.

In early 2023, we placed their talented Head Sommelier and they are a highly knowledgeable and passionate person. Therefore, you will receive exceptional training and development and have the opportunity to work with an impressive selection of 600 bins.

Responsibilities as a Sommelier…
Ensuring spectacular wine service in the restaurant at all times Working with the restaurant’s extensive wine list and using your knowledge of wine to create the perfect pairing for dishes served in the restaurant Helping and advising guests with their wine and after-dinner drink choices Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests Maintaining, replenishing and cleaning all wine service areas to ensure efficient service
