Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive - Solar EPC / Renewable Energy at our Jaipur location. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales plans and strategies, conducting market research, and working collaboratively with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients. The role also includes monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development in the renewable energy or solar EPC industry
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the local market of Jaipur and surrounding areas is a plus
