Job Description: -
➢ AC & DC Single Line Diagrams for Solar PV Plant
➢ Technology Selection for PV Plant
➢ Optimum String/Array configuration selection
➢ Metering and Protection SLD for Switchyard.
➢ Inverter Sizing as per Grid Code requirements
➢ MV and LV Cable Sizing Calculations for AC & DC Side both.
➢ Transformer Sizing Calculation.
➢ Relay Setting Calculation and Relay Coordination.
➢ BOQ S/S for Pre-Bid/Post Bid Projects
➢Earthing Design & Lightning Protection Calculation of Switchyard and complete PV area.
➢ CT & PT Sizing Calculation.
➢ Switchyard Layout and Switchyard Trench Layout (11/33/132kV)
➢ Control Cable Schedule for Switchyard.
➢ Illumination Design Calculation and Layouts.
➢ Reviewing of HT Switchgear, RMU and ICOG Panel drawings and documents.
➢Earthing Layout of ICR, MCR and Switchyard area.
➢ Overall Cable Routing/Trench Layout for complete AC & DC System.
➢ HT and LT Cable Schedules.
➢ Preparation of Equipment Room Layout and Trench Layout for complete PV Plant.
➢ Preparation of AC Side Auxiliary SLDs
➢ Reviewing and selection of Switchyard Equipment’s such as Control and Relay Panels, Circuit Breaker, CT, PT, LA and Isolator.
➢ Switchyard Calculations such as SCF, Sag tension as per sizing excel sheet.
➢ Proficiency in engineering standards used in industry such as IEC, IEEE, IS etc.
➢ Co-ordination with Vendor/Consultant/Project team for timely approval of drawings etc.
➢ Pre-Bid Engineering as well as Detailed Design Engineering.
➢ Switchgear sizing & specifications.
➢ Other Equipment Sizing as Circuit Breakers, Relays, Capacitor Banks, Substation etc.
➢ Preparation of Technical specifications for the complete AC & DC system.
➢11/33/132kV Transmission Line design with BOQ.
➢GA Layout, Communication Layout, Piling Layout and LA layout etc.
➢MMS Design selection and verification
➢Generation simulation with PVsyst
➢Cost Optimization
➢Inspection of Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel and MMS.
➢Site Visit
➢Verification and approvals of topography survey and all vendor documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
