Creates, enhances and modifies python based large data handling programs from detailed specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs.

Responsibilities
• Must have 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining python based programs
• Must have exposure to building REST API services
• Must have worked on building and troubleshooting SQL queries
• Must have exposure to numpy, dataframe, pandas in depth
• Under direct supervision, assists in the development and maintenance of software applications requiring general knowledge and limited business expertise
• Collaborates with analysts, other developers and project managers to determine the requirements and/or necessary modifications for applications and systems design specifications
• Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications
• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
• May identify and implement root cause fixes to program system and/or applications errors
• Has an understanding of engineering quality through source control, code reviews, continuous integration, and unit tests
• Exposure to AWS is a big plus

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2 years experience in applications programming Req
