Job Description
Position Summary:
• You will be the go-to person when it comes to driving Digital e-commerce application. Vzw.com portal provides best in class digital shopping experience and self service capabilities to customers. As part of digital sales application manager, you will do the following activities.
• Leading a team of ten or more members.
• Driving implementation of Consumer priority programs and Digital Transformation initiatives for Verizon Consumer Group.
• Collaborating with Onshore and Business partners for increasing sales and digital engagement of customers.
• Supporting digital operations from India and performing digital platform modernization for increasing digital engagement.
• Ensuring team visibility and value through presentations in different forums.
• Driving Devops and cloud transformation.
• Being accountable for security and compliance of applications.
• Being responsible for E2E delivery of project - tactical or strategic - coming through any stakeholder.
• Managing a highly-motivated team of individuals to guide them, and challenging them to take on bigger responsibilities.
• Exploring new areas of opportunities for the team and the organization that would not only energize the team but also help improve overall application quality and the customer experience.
• Educating team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently.
• Hiring best talent, talent transformation, and define career path of your teams.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

• You have the technical skills and enjoy leading teams to deliver results that make a difference. When there are challenges, people look to you for solutions. Multitasking is second nature for you, and a fast-paced, complex environment is where you thrive.
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four and more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of IT experience in Web commerce.
• Four or more years of Digital experience.
• Two or more years of experience in cloud and Devops.
• Experience as a subject matter expert on Digital ordering flows.
• Experience in leading initiatives for business outcomes in digital (e.g., conversion).
• Experience with core technologies – Spring boot, Spring Reactive, React JS, Redis, AEM, APIGEE.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A degree in Engineering or MCA.
• Eight or more years of IT experience in Web commerce.
• Strong understanding of content management including applications such as Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong skills in project and program management functions.
• Ability to be involved in capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Strong skills in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in development methodologies, software management tools and processes.
• Experience on data analytics.
• Ability to educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently.
• Ability to work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Application Security, and Agile development.
• Quantitative, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines
