Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for research, design, and development of computer software.
Under general direction, performs high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of the application software that requires a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills.
Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases.
Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the task order. Responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered for particular DATAAPS task(s).
