Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular, Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot.- Good to have Skills: Proficiency in React- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.- Competence in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
