Job Description
A dynamic and well-established construction company is currently seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join its team located in East Montreal.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing effective administrative support to the organization's various teams.
In addition to day-to-day administrative coordination, you will be expected to handle sensitive corporate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative correspondence.
Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents related to projects (contracts, permits, invoices, etc.).
Manage billing processes.
Assist the accounting and sales departments.
Manage orders and supplier relationships.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (clients, suppliers, subcontractors).
Qualifications
-Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and oral) for seamless interaction with clients and partners.
-Strong command of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
-Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is highly preferred.
