Technology Infrastructure Production Support, part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. With a presence in more than 35 countries, TI designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company’s employees, customers and clients around the world.
Job Description
Experience in developing software systems which manage networking constructs like firewalls, load balancers, SDN, routers and switches
Strong software development and design skills in Python and Spring Framework, understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies and tooling
Experience with Infrastructure as code, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA & OOD).
Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, Continuous Build systems with automated testing (unit and end-to-end testing)
Cisco Certification and SDWAN expertise will be a plus
Responsibilities:
• Validates designs based on industry best practices, engineering standards and security principles
• Work with Architecture and Engineering teams to develop software systems which manage networking constructs like firewalls, load balancers, SDN, routers and switches
• Understands complex interconnectivity, topology and relationships of client server, virtual, container and physical environment
• Collaborates with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications built offsite
• Provides technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
• Serves as a proficient technical resource, focusing in the Network Automation space
• Provides technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor
• Makes complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with high-level specifications, application support, and industry standards
Requirements:
Education:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent preferred
Experience Range:
6+ years of experience in network Automation/ security engineering and/or technology management
Foundational Skills:
• Experience with Network automations and WIFI
• Python/Angular
• Programming/scripting and/or automation experience (Perl, Python, Ansible, Chef or Puppet) is desired
• Knowledgeable on network management and monitoring tools
• Git,Jenkins,SDWAN
• Linux
Desired Skills:
Good communication skills
