What you will do
• Monitoring of the production system & ensuring its performance and stability
• Action on issues reported by L1/monitoring teams. Coordination with L3/vendor team for restoration of any faults
• Trouble Tickets resolution – Resolve day to day customer issues
• Coordination with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues Responsible for answering adhoc requests from various teams
• Analyze the Logs and try resolving the issues, call out issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
• Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance, Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and organisational change
• Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets
• Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them
You will bring
• Basic understanding of telecom domain and other integrated applications like Payment gateway experience in complex production and support environment.
• Strong SQL knowledge. Should be able to write the SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of Linux command-line environment, tools like WINSCP, PUTTY, TOAD, Remote Desktop
• Leads and supervise system performance. proactively monitor the application & database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
• Should be willing to work in 247 environment
• Solid skills in enhancement, bug fixes, issue resolution, Incident Management. Experience with production environment L1 support.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to do RCA and help fix the issues. Sets up and maintains documentation and standard
Key Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: 4-5 years telecom domain
