Urgent requirement for Soft Skill trainer
Position Title: Generation Certified Soft Skill Trainer
Location: Delhi
Department: Learning & Development
Reports To: Training Manager / HR Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Responisbilities:
• Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
• Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
• Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations
• Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
• Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
