The role: We are seeking a full time Team Leader to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of a pilot program offering high-value private social experiences for residents in retirement living communities. Leading the retirement living social team you will drive powerful social impact by helping individuals connect, thrive, and invest in fulfilling relationships.

What you’ll do:
Create and manage engaging social offers and experiences that align with the needs, preferences, and aspirations of retirement living residents.
Lead a pilot program from concept to execution, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and impactful delivery.
Measure program success and gather insights to assess feasibility, community impact, and business sustainability.
Plan and run regular events and activities that promote joy, community connection, and personal wellbeing.
Explore and shape models for private income generation through social offerings, supporting the future of financially sustainable wellbeing services.
About you!
Qualifications in health, community, business or other relevant area or working towards.
Demonstrated people leadership skills.
Experience in program design, community engagement, or lifestyle/events coordination.
Creativity and passion for enhancing the lives of older adults through purposeful connection.
Experience working with people at risk of social isolation and loneliness including those from a CALD background/ATSI background and people living with memory loss or dementia.
Strong program management skills with the ability to pilot new initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset for social impact.
A Police Check for working in Aged Care less than 12 months old at commencement.
A current drivers licence.
