Ramsay Visuals is a fast-growing Melbourne-based social media marketing agency that creates scroll-stopping content for local businesses — from restaurants and cafes to fashion and real estate. We’re all about content that performs, not just looks pretty.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a video editor who gets social media. Not someone who just makes things “look good”, but someone who understands how to edit content that actually performs — grabs attention, holds it, and drives action.
You’ll mostly be editing short-form content (Reels/TikToks) for Melbourne-based businesses, including:
Talking head content
B-roll sequences
Trend-based cuts
Captions and pacing designed for scroll-stopping engagement
This is a flexible, remote freelance role — you’ll be editing from home and in your own time. But ideally, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the business, not just a once-off contractor. As we grow and bring in more clients, you’ll get more consistent work and earn more. Simple.
What You Must Have:
✅ Experience editing short-form videos for social media
✅ Understanding of content that performs well on Instagram/TikTok (hooks, pacing, captions, trends, etc.)
✅ Business mindset — you care about growing with us, not just getting quick freelance cash
✅ Ability to turn projects around reliably and on time
✅ Access to your own editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
