Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Team Lead/Strategist to spearhead our social media team. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop compelling strategies, manage a team, and drive impactful social media campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies for various clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the social media team, ensuring high-quality content and campaign execution.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to optimize performance.
• Oversee the creation of content calendars, campaign planning, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketing teams to create engaging content.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage client communication, present strategies, and deliver performance reports.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle multiple client accounts.
