About the job:
Rainbow Enterprises is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Optimization Executive to grow our online sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will optimize our website and online listings to drive conversions, and build our presence across social media platforms through compelling visual content. This role blends performance marketing, on-page optimization, and creative content production (photo and video editing) to showcase our gem and jewelry collections to a wider audience.
Optimize website/online store pages (product listings, descriptions, images, SEO tags) to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and sales.
Edit and enhance product photographs using Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools) to create high-quality, sale-ready visuals.
Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos (reels, product showcases, behind-the-scenes content) for social media and website use.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Monitor website analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate) and social media insights; prepare regular performance reports.
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) as needed to boost visibility and sales, within allocated budgets.
Collaborate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with seasonal promotions, trade shows, and new collection launches.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity in the gem and jewelry industry.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (tone, visuals, messaging).
