Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for new strategies and tactics to drive engagement and growth
• Analyze performance metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Create and curate high-quality content that is engaging and relevant to the target audience
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, including targeting and optimization
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and scheduling of posts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus
