Job Description
We are looking for Social Media Marketing Specialist who is adept with social media management for Croma’s social media platforms. This candidate will be working on community building as one of the major pillars.
This person will be responsible for day-to-day operations with the social media and media agency, monitor social media promotions, collaborating with internal teams to provide them with media plans and ensuring the same are taken live.
Basic understanding of creative aesthetics extensive knowledge on social media insights is imperative.
The candidate will be responsible for directing the agency to build and driving engagement for all the social media platforms. They will be responsible for monitoring the social media calendar with the agency along with collating organic and paid data on a month-on-month basis along with learnings and insights. (Numbers will be provided by the agency)
Lastly, the candidate will be also required to look into adapts for social media backend promotions and other media requirements from internal teams.
Requirements:
• Should have prior experience in Community building and management through social media/digital mediums
• 6+ Years of experience in social media management for mid to large scale social media platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required for social media paid promotions
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Should have at least 2 years of experience of working in a social media agency or should have worked with a social media agency for managing daily ops.
• Understanding of the TG and coming up with innovative ways to build engagement and creating unique content pieces that stay true to the brand.
• In sync with on-going trends on social media and the ability to build further from the trend to generate virality.
• Should have worked on social first brand campaigns in the past
• Strong Understanding of digital analytics (FB/IG/TW/YT)
• The candidate might be expected to attend shoots and think on their feet while shooting content in stores
• Should understand how to come up with social media captions and basic creative approach from a design POV.
• Basic knowledge of near analytics and third party platforms like canva, chatgpt, midjourney
• Thrive in a fast paced and a collaborative environment
