Job Description
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and developing the social media presence of the company on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. They will also be responsible for coordinating collaborations and creating marketing plans to increase the company's social media following, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn by creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and features.
• Collaborate with influencers and other brands to increase exposure and drive traffic to the company's social media channels.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to increase engagement and drive conversions.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and sales to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and management.
• Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Experience in collaborating with influencers and brands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively
