Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for the company's social media accounts. You will be in charge of creating engaging content, monitoring social media activity, analyzing performance, and developing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives.

· Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

· Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

· Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase reach and build brand awareness.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business goals.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and apply them to social media strategy.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field

2+ years of experience in social media management

· Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

· Experience with social media management tools

· Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
