Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and management of social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, captions, and basic visual concepts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and assisting with community management such as responding to comments and messages. The intern will help track performance metrics, compile simple reports, and coordinate with design and strategy teams to refine content based on insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai, requiring close collaboration with the local team and active participation in brainstorming and campaign execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team-oriented, creative environment.Basic design sense and comfort working with tools like Canva or similar platforms are an advantage. .
