Create engaging content, including graphics and written posts, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience feedback.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content planning.
Utilize Hootsuite or similar tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Support e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through social media channels.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their advertising features.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Understanding of e-commerce concepts and how they relate to social media marketing.
Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is desirable.
Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility is beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
