Job Description
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms.
Create comprehensive social media plans aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
Content Creation:Generate engaging and original content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
Coordinate with designers and writers to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Community Engagement:Foster and grow online communities through active engagement and interaction with followers.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a professional and personable manner.
Social Media Advertising:Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Implement innovative strategies to capitalize on new opportunities in the social media landscape.
Collaboration:Work closely with the content team to align social media efforts with overall content marketing strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audience for effective social media representation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
