Social Media Manager Databazaar Digital

Job description:This is a full-time office-based position based out of Databazaar Digital’s office in New Town, Kolkata requiring some overlap hours with our US office. The job requires the Social Media Manager to work with our social media team to service our multiple US clients.Responsibilities:Managing social media accounts of multiple clients.Creating original content for social media.Providing data analysis and metric reporting for clients.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.Working with graphic designers to develop social media marketing campaigns.Interacting with customers and other stakeholders about the company’s social media accounts.Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activitiesSetting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleProficient in FB Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.Prior experience in working with US clientsExpert in using social media for brand awareness and impressionsExcellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, , Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practicesUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metricsExperience with doing audience and buyer persona researchExcellent English and copywriting skillsFamiliarity with web design and publishingExcellent multitasking skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsGood understanding of social media KPIs.Salary Range:8L to 14L per annumAbout Databazaar Digital:Databazaar Digital ( previously Databazaar India ) is a pioneer in Kolkata’s BPO landscape for over 21 years.
