About The Connect Klub
The Connect Klub is a growing community for restaurant, café, and F&B founders. Our mission is to bring together operators and industry leaders to exchange insights, build meaningful relationships, and help founders grow stronger businesses.
Through curated meetups, conversations, and industry discussions, we are building a network that connects the F&B ecosystem across cities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who can help scale The Connect Klub brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, storytelling, and social media growth, and enjoys building communities around ideas and conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create engaging content around the F&B industry and founder conversations
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions
Develop content formats such as reels, founder highlights, event content, and industry insights
Work closely with the team to capture and repurpose event content
Track performance and continuously optimize content strategy
Build a consistent brand voice and presence for The Connect Klub
Identify opportunities for growth through collaborations and industry conversations
Requirements
1–3 years experience in social media or content marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram growth and content strategy
Ability to write clear and engaging captions and posts
Experience working with founders, communities, or startup ecosystems is a plus
Basic understanding of video content and reels
Strong creativity and storytelling skills
Passion for hospitality, startups, or community building is a bonus
What You’ll Work On
Building one of India’s growing communities for F&B founders
Creating content from industry conversations and events
Working closely with founders and operators from the restaurant ecosystem
Helping shape the voice and digital presence of The Connect Klub
Compensation
Salary based on experience.
