The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
• Total Experience - 7-10 Years in Social Media Client Managementd
• Preferred Location - Mumbai (Andheri East)
• CTC - 8-13 LPA
Account Management
• Meeting assigned clients at their office
• Give updates on Social Media trends to clients
• Receive campaign briefs from clients and work with the Creative team to produce them
• Grow the client's business by adding value to the client's business
Responsibilities
• Develop a social media strategy
• Create original content
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
Social Media Management
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Develop, implement, and manage client social media strategy
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Regularly generate Reports based on the performance KPIs
• Manage and execute social media content & posting
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Sprinklr, etc.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Perform Social Listening Audits and Respond to Comments
Qualifications
• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• MBA or equivalent graduate with 7-10 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/ Account Management or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
• Have good knowledge of social media tools ie. Sprinklr
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
