Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and Lead Generation Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and community engagement. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, generating leads, and maintaining our online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
> Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage with potential leads on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Develop strategies with founders to generate and qualify leads through social media outreach.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
> Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement.
> Content Creation:
- Assist in creating visually appealing and engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with our brand.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
> Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on social media metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving social media performance.
> Qualifications:
- Graduation is a must (Avl 10 am - 6 pm)
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and community building.
- Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies is a plus.
- Few Hand On Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
