Armoks Media Pvt Ltd is a media production house with core expertise in building content for a mass audience with no compromise in quality. Our sole aim is to provide you with a full stack production service that includes creative storytelling and exceptional production quality.
AMPL owns and manages more than 12 Youtube channels, but their flagship channels Trakin Tech (14M+ subs) and ShortsBreak (44M+ subs) spearhead our growth, generating a staggering 1B+ monthly views.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Head to join our team. As the Social Media Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales and client retention.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and foster engagement.
• Manage and oversee over 30 social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) having subscriber base of over 10 million, ensuring up-to-date content and consistent brand messaging.
• Create and curate engaging content including text, image, and video content; monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance and trends using social media analytics tools; utilize insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition; recommend and implement new features and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and best practices; proactively adjust strategies to maintain effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing multiple social media accounts.
• Years of experience- 3 to 6 years
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and media production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
