Job Summary
Grin Technologies is looking for a creative and trend-driven Social Media Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be able to create engaging visual content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
This role is not limited to graphic designing. The candidate should also contribute content ideas, understand marketing trends, assist in writing captions, and help execute creative social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality social media posts, banners, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.
• Create engaging Reels, short videos, and motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Research the latest social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Plan and contribute to weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Write or assist in creating captions, headlines, and marketing copy.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, HR, sales, and development teams to create promotional and employer branding content.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI design tools, and social media algorithms.
• Analyze the performance of social media creatives and suggest improvements.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Basic content writing and caption-writing skills.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
• Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with IT companies or digital marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
