MAGIX Animation Institute, Nashik is looking for a passionate and Multi-Skilled Creative Faculty member who can train, mentor, and inspire students across multiple creative disciplines.

Key Skills Required:
• Motion Graphics – Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Graphic Design – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW
• VFX – Adobe After Effects, Nuke (Basic), Mocha Pro, Blender, DaVinci Resolve (Fusion)
• 2D Animation – Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects
• 3D Animation – Autodesk Maya, Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max, ZBrush (Basic)

Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• AI Design Tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML)
• Basic UI/UX knowledge (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of industry-standard creative workflows, design principles, animation pipelines, and portfolio development.

Responsibilities:
• Teach practical, industry-focused creative skills.
• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions.
• Mentor students on live projects, assignments, and portfolio/showreel development.
• Guide students in industry-standard software and production workflows.
• Prepare students with job-ready creative and professional skills.
• Stay updated with the latest design, animation, VFX, and AI creative trends.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring. Industry experience is preferred; however, talented freshers with a strong portfolio or showreel are also encouraged to apply.
