Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, camera-friendly, and social media-savvy individual to manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that informs, engages, and resonates with our audience — and be the face of our brand in many of our video communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
Write clear, informative, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and video scripts.
Appear as the face of the brand in reels, explainers, and other video content.
Work closely with the creative team for designing graphics, reels, and coordinating shoots.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media formats, audio, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
Schedule posts using content calendars and monitor performance metrics.
Engage with followers and manage online community interactions.
Key Specifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (1+ years preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
Must be camera-friendly and confident appearing in front of the camera.
Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and social media strategy. Read more
