Roles and Responsibilities:- Create and publish engaging content regularly on LinkedIn and Instagram to enhance brand visibility. Design visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using Canva and similar tools. Write clear, catchy, and relevant captions, incorporating strategic hashtags. Drive engagement by growing followers and increasing likes, shares, and comments across platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Taxation, Audit, etc.) to gather insights and content ideas. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and integrate innovative ideas into campaigns. Assist in managing small-scale paid promotions and analyzing performance metrics. Support other digital marketing tasks and campaigns as assigned from time to time.
