Job Description: Sales Marketing Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to work crossfunctionally and multi-task across Sales and Marketing roles. Willing to relocate to Mumbai Reporting to: Head – Business Development Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT services and craft new services. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Be part of current Sales team and handle tele-calling sales services. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Lead Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales strategies and campaigns. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making datadriven recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media. Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective spending. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or a Data Analytics qualifications is an added advantage. 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, and Sales data analysis related techno-commercial activities. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Excellent English verbal written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B marketing and sales. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions. BPO Tele calling experience and understanding the principles of Cold calling Emailing.
