Social Media Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to align with business objectives and target audience.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and report performance to stakeholders.
.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to social media and overall marketing efforts.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and identity across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
