About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and trend-savvy Social Media & Content Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling content from concept to final execution, including planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Plan and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Handle end-to-end content creation, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Shoot creative videos and Reels using a smartphone or camera.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar software.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand as its face when required.
• Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, and content ideas.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral sounds, formats, hashtags, and trending topics.
• Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Analyze content performance and suggest new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
• Hands-on experience with Reels shooting, editing, and content creation.
• Good creative and storytelling skills.
• Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage content from idea to execution.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to identify and adapt quickly to emerging social media trends.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Meta Ads is an added advantage.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing/Collaborations is a plus.
• Candidates with an existing Instagram page, content portfolio, or previous Reel/video work will be preferred.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, confident on camera, and genuinely passionate about social media and content creation. The candidate should be able to bring fresh ideas and independently turn them into engaging content.
Note: This is an Indore-based, full-time, on-site opportunity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
