Social Media Content Creator & Growth Manager

Premiere is looking for a highly creative Social Media Content Creator & Growth Manager to help tell our story, build our audience, and drive brand awareness across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.

This is not a "posting" role.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of creating content that grows brands, increases engagement, and turns viewers into customers. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, short-form video, trend identification, and audience development.

What You'll Do

· Create and publish daily content across social media platforms

· Film and edit Reels, Tik-Toks, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content

· Develop weekly and monthly content calendars

· Showcase our products, processes, team, customers, and brand culture

· Identify and capitalize on social media trends

· Write engaging captions and calls-to-action

· Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments

· Monitor analytics and provide monthly growth reports

· Generate creative ideas that increase reach, engagement, and followers

· Collaborate with ownership on campaigns, launches, and promotions

What We're Looking For

· Demonstrated success growing social media accounts for brands

· Strong portfolio of video content and creative work

· Ability to shoot and edit professional-looking content independently

· Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms

· Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, hooks, and audience retention

· Self-starter who can execute with minimal supervision

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands

· Photography and videography

· Influencer outreach and collaborations

· Paid social advertising

· Content strategy and brand development
