Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility and engagement.
Monitor analytics through Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Proofread all digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Respond promptly to inquiries via social media channels and at the reception desk, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain an organized schedule for content posting and promotional activities.
Assist in general reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management within an e-commerce or related industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential.
