Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost campaigns’ effectiveness.
Analyze web analytics data with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
Oversee branding initiatives across digital platforms ensuring cohesive visual identity and messaging.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives through digital marketing tactics.
Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high-quality standards before publication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising, photography, video editing, and graphic design to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in branding, public relations, digital marketing strategies, photography, and e-commerce is highly desirable.
