Overview
After a few new client wins, and some awesome work in the pipeline, we're looking for a passionate Social Business Director to join our team. We're looking for someone who shares our obsession and excitement for what's next in social, and someone who wants to grow their craft, grow their career and grow ideas that shift culture.
As a Social Business Director at Eleven you would manage and nurture some of our tier one clients, overseeing the implementation of social strategies, creative campaigns, content creation and influencer programs.
You would work with some of the best minds in the industry, while doing the best work of your career and have a lot of fun along the way.
Key responsibilities
Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as the senior go-to across accounts
Shape smart, culturally relevant social and influencer strategies using the latest trends and insights
Lead creative campaign ideas, blending strategy and creativity to deliver work that stands out
Source, brief, and oversee a mix of talented creators and social media managers to produce scroll-stopping content
Set the direction for multi-platform content calendars and guide teams through their development and rollout
Spot emerging trends and opportunities across social platforms to keep clients ahead of the curve
Oversee paid social strategy and execution, ensuring it ladders up to bigger campaign goals
Provide senior oversight of community engagement, making sure brands show up in the right way across platforms
Help shape, review, and analyse social reports, turning performance into clear next steps
Manage projects independently, keeping work running smoothly and to a high standard
Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including project management, timelines, resourcing, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting
You would
Have 7-8+ years experience
Be obsessed with social and know what's new and hot in the social and digital space
Be fluent in a wide range of social platforms from TikTok and Pinterest to Reddit and LLMs
Love ideas, creativity and believe in the power of social-first creative to drive business outcomes
Look for ways to turn it up to eleven - pushing for the best outcomes, always
