Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (SME)-
PPT Designer Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proficiency in PowerPoint design using both Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as expertise in Adobe software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). The ideal candidate will be adept at creating visually appealing and professional presentations, able to work under pressure, and handle day-to-day PPT tasks along with additional ad hoc projects. The presentations will be used for live sessions for students from 1st to 10th grade, so candidate should possess knowledge of academic subjects taught in grades 1 through 10.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint. ● Collaborate with various departments to understand their presentation needs and translate complex ideas into visually appealing slides.
● Ensure consistency in presentation design, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a professional look and feel.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Provide creative input and design solutions to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of presentations.
● Handle additional adhoc design tasks as required, such as creating marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visual content.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of work.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a PPT designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
● Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
● Advanced skills in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional PPT design skills and creative projects.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
● Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
● Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations. ● Comprehensive knowledge of academic subjects taught in grades 1 through 10 for effective content review.
● Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
Desired Attributes:
● Highly creative and innovative thinker.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
Academic Requirement:
