The primary role of Patient service function is to provide clients with professional and knowledgeable healthcare and customer service. Key deliverables include delivery of treatment/care with the emphasis on Client requirements, quality, latest beliefs & technology and proven treatment methods. Ensure compliance with ethics and legislative standards expected of medical care. Analyze client documentation, record keeping and database entry, etc.
