Role Description The Skills Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions focused on life skills, communication, and soft skills for diverse groups of learners. This full-time, on-site role in Churu involves planning training content, preparing learning materials, and facilitating interactive workshops and classroom sessions. The Skills Trainer will assess learner needs, track progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training methods to improve engagement and outcomes. The role also includes coordinating with program managers, maintaining training records, and contributing to continuous improvement of curricula and training processes.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills and experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and the ability to facilitate engaging, learner-centered sessions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills training, including practical problem-solving and decision-making support.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Soft Skills to build rapport with learners and collaborate with colleagues.
