We’re a growing custom home builder based in Estes Park looking to add a reliable, well-rounded construction professional to our team. We specialize in high-quality custom homes, remodels, and mountain construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

Framing, decking, siding, and general carpentry
Assist with all phases of custom home builds and remodels
Work on a variety of tasks including concrete, framing, basic electrical, plumbing, and finish work
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow plans and ensure high-quality craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For:

Well-rounded construction knowledge (concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
2+ years of hands-on construction experience
Ability to read plans is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors in mountain conditions
What We Offer:

Pay: $30–$40/hour DOE (depending on experience)
Benefits available after one year
