Responsibilities
The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations
They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
Utilizing technology devices throughout shift
Write detailed reports
Conduct tours of the property
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
