Job Description
Job Summary
Archirior Design is looking for a smart, young and dynamic Male Architect or Interior Designer for the Interior Project Site execution work (Planning, Co-ordination with clients, Consultants, vendors, Billing & Safety etc). He is expected to do the effective Coordination with Clients, Interior Designer, Architect, Contractor & all other Consultants for Value Engineering, Procurement Assistance & Technical Planning. Candidate must have knowledge of handling site work Individually. Candidate must have the capability to solve on site problems and provide technical advice if required. Should have worked on at least two projects from tendering stage to completion stage. Applicant must be willing to work in a fast- paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure. Good Command over English or Hindi and excellent people management skills and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities and Duties
The selected candidate :
• Will manage and ensure the timely delivery of projects by submitting the daily/weekly/monthly work progress reports of site activities for project tracking
• Should have a stronghold in site measurements, project execution, co-ordinations, progress tracking.
• should be checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly on site. Make/modify/edit CAD drawings/BOQs as per requirements.
• should do the site monitoring and follow up of project work regularly
• Should provide effective coordination with all the agencies like the client, architect, interior designer, services consultants and vendors.
• will contribute to reporting activities, financial management, vendor identification and selection, communication with vendors and suppliers and coordination of all project planning meetings.
• Candidate should be good in solving problems on site.
• Must have the knowledge of CAD drawings, BOQ and tenders.
• Should have leadership qualities.
Qualifications and Skills

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
