Construction Site Documentation Entry-Level / Fresher
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: full-time role
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Site Documentation & Reporting Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction site documentation, reporting, and coordination. No prior work experience is required — we will train you on our processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture 360-degree visuals of ongoing construction projects during site visits.
• Follow the Bandhoo Capture Process for documenting internal tours of under-construction sites.
• Travel to multiple construction sites across the region as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting.
• Support project documentation and maintain consistency in reporting quality.
• Ensure captured data contributes to operational efficiency and a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply).
• Comfortable using apps on a smartphone — quick learner with technology.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
Other Requirements
• Willing to travel regularly to project sites across the region.
• Familiarity with construction environments; ability to read basic floor plans is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
This is a fresher-friendly role. We encourage all eligible recent graduates to apply.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
