Job Description
We are looking for a Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our residential project site. The role involves maintaining site accounts, handling vendor payments, managing petty cash, tracking project expenses, and coordinating with the Head Office Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily site accounts, cash book, and petty cash records.
• Process and verify vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payment requests.
• Record site expenses and maintain supporting vouchers and documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking and cost control.
• Maintain material and stock records in coordination with the store team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Reconcile site accounts and coordinate with the corporate finance team.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company accounting policies.
• Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining proper records.
Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 3–8 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Farvision ERP/SAP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently at project sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
